Gelato from Blackskull are super excited to add the world-famous strain to their collection of connoisseur genetics.

Gelato is one of the ground-breaking new strains that have come out of the USA in the last few years since legalisation has allowed breeders working in a legal climate to push the boundaries of Marijuana.

Is just on the side of an indica dominant hybrid (55% indica/45% sativa) and was borne out of a cross Sunset Sherbet and Thin Mint Girl Scout Cookies.

The strain has become renowned for its delicious flavour and incredibly powerful effect backed up with THC levels well in excess of 20%.

Gelato has a flavour reminiscent of sweet sherbet, with fruity orange and blueberry notes. The aroma coming off of the plants is just as sweet, with a heady bouquet of lavender, citrus and berry.

Although Gelato has a slight indica dominance, the high is uplifting and all in the head, meaning it won’t leave you couch-locked.

The high begins with a cerebral head rush following by an uplifting euphoric effect and a sense of focus. While the head high builds, a creeping body buzz will wash over you, leaving the smoker relaxed and calm with a great sense of peace.
